I'm Michael Ebinger, founder of JM Interactive. I have live games people play today, real client work, and more ideas than one person can build. I'm looking for developers who want real shipped projects on their portfolio โ and who want to grow into paid roles as the studio earns.
Small studios can't always pay day one. Here's exactly what I can offer, stated plainly.
Not spec work that dies in a folder. Live games with real players at jmihub.org, client sites, and tools people use. Portfolio material that exists.
Right now collaboration is revenue-share on what we earn together. As client and product revenue grows, contributors get paid first โ that's the plan, stated in writing.
Flexible hours, remote-first, and you'll have genuine input on what we make. Bring your own ideas โ some of the best projects start that way.
One project or many โ tell me what you're good at and we'll find the fit. Juniors and self-taught devs welcome if you can show things you've built.
Help expand JMI Florida (multiplayer survival, browser-based) and prototype new games. JavaScript/HTML5 canvas or WebGL experience helps; a playable demo of anything you've made helps more.
Build client websites alongside me โ responsive, fast, small-business sites. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Great fit if you want client work experience with a mentor in the loop.
UI, sprites, and branding for games and client sites. My games currently use placeholder-heavy art โ make them beautiful and get your name in them.
Help grow players for JMI Florida and clients for the studio โ social posts, community building, listings, and outreach. Revenue-share on what you help bring in.
Tell me who you are, what you build, and what role interests you. Link anything you've made โ playable games, live sites, code, art. I read every message myself and I'll reply either way.

Right now it's revenue-share on what the projects earn. The studio's stated plan: as revenue grows, contributors move into paid arrangements. I won't promise dates I can't keep, but I will put the arrangement in writing before you start.
Yes โ remote-first. I'm based in Panama City, Florida, but you can collaborate from anywhere.
If you've built anything at all โ even small tutorials or jam projects โ yes, apply. Showing you can finish things matters more than credentials.
Whatever you can consistently give โ a few focused hours a week beats bursts followed by silence. We'll agree on scope up front so nobody's waiting on anybody.
